2017 CSDA Student Video Contest Winners Announced
The winners of the CSDA’s Annual Student Video Contest have been announced! Entries from all across California were scored by a diverse panel of special district judges based on four categories: accuracy and effectiveness, creativity and originality, production quality, and entertainment value. Based on the scores, the top five videos made it to the final round where a month-long period of public voting determined the top three winners.

The second-place winners and recipients of the $1,000 scholarship prize are Zachary Almand and Jakobie Rhodes, students at Pleasant Valley High School in Chico.
