The Marin/Sonoma Mosquito and Vector Control District Helps Teachers with "Rainy Day" Acti

Teachers asked and the Marin/Sonoma Mosquito and Vector Control District listened. This special district has created a Teacher Companion Site for classes interested in preparing student for one of their classroom presentations.

As the district's site reads"

" This site is intended for teachers who want to prepare their students for a scheduled vector presentation, or want to continue learning about vectors afterwards. Some of the activities can be used whether you've scheduled a mosquito, yellowjacket or tick presentation."
